Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. FacilityAI may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
